Cancellations by the User
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value will be charged. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.
In the event of a size issue, alterations can be accommodated. However, refunds and exchanges are not available.

Artimen.in holds the right to cancel any order if found illegal or placed during the technical update. Ifincase the payment is made in our accout through our website then our team will get in touch with you in a day and refund your money within 4-5 working days
Billing
The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the VAT. The VAT charged shall depend upon the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

Shipping Details
We offer free delivery across India for all orders. For size alterations, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to us. The return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. For International Countries, we charge Rs 4000.
