Final Sale – Made to Order
This item is made to order and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged — including for size, fit, colour or change of mind. Applies to domestic and international orders alike. The only exception is a verified manufacturing defect, for which ARTIMEN will determine the resolution (repair, refinishing or replacement) at its discretion.
For international orders, shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the price paid does not include import duties, customs duties or local taxes these are the customer's responsibility and may be collected at the time of delivery, based on the import laws of the destination country.
